In early 2022, Gateshead Health partnered with Citizens Advice Gateshead to provide all Trust and QE Facilities colleagues with priority access to their advisors – meaning a response within one working day.
Since establishing the partnership, the Citizens Advice Gateshead team have also been extremely active in supporting colleagues on-site. As well as a number of pop-up stalls throughout notable wellbeing awareness events such as Stress Awareness Month and Mental Health Awareness Week, advisors have also joined us in hard-to-reach areas to provide targeted stalls to those who might not always be able to visit our highly-populated areas.
As well as an advisory presence, Citizens Advice Gateshead also assist colleagues with regular training sessions and advisory bulletins, viewable below.
