Nursery:
Our Workplace Nursery is based on-site at the QE Hospital, provide full-day care for children aged from 12 weeks up to school age, and is open to all staff.

Childcare vouchers:
KiddiVouchers are childcare vouchers which can be used with any childcare provider. This scheme has been discontinued by HMRC, however staff who were already members of the scheme or those who have had a break of less than 12 months, can still order vouchers. For staff who are still eligible, this is paid for by salary sacrifice. Contact KiddiVouchers Childcare Vouchers for more information.

Accord Wills continue to offer NHS colleagues and volunteers access to a free will writing service, as featured on ITV reports since the offer launched back in 2020.
To date, the organisation has received hundreds of thousands of requests from NHS staff. The organisation were even accredited by the British Chambers of Commerce with the UK Business Heroes award, recognising the work done to benefit key workers.
A free will is an essential free benefit that can provide peace of mind for you, your spouse/partner and your family. The structure of the offer means that it is hands-off in terms of administration from your side, and Accord offers flexible appointments to ensure their free service is available at your convenience.
This offer is open to all NHS staff including administration staff and volunteers across. To access the offer, simply request an appointment via email on [email protected], mentioning that you are interested in a Free Will while leaving your name and contact number. A member of the Accord Wills booking team will then be in touch to arrange an appointment.
Appointments can be conducted by telephone, Skype, Zoom or any other online platform you feel comfortable with. They usually take around half an hour on average, and once your instructions have been taken, they are sent to our legal team, comprised of lawyers and STEP qualified staff, Accord will draft a Will.
All wills are created on an advised basis – every consultation is bespoke and every will drafted accordingly, unlike online templates, ensuring the best possible service. Accord consultants can also provide advice on a number of other estate planning services, including tax, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust services and probate should anyone require further specialist advice.
