What are the benefits?

Making a purchase through Liaison Onecall allows you to spread the payment on what are often expensive purchases over an extended term, typically 24 or 36 months, making money management that little easier.

By making a purchase through salary sacrifice, you can save on national insurance and pension contributions – helping you access goods at more competitive prices – a saving of between 22 – 32%.

Of course, salary sacrifices can also be a useful option in case of emergency – with white goods such as fridges, cookers, washers, dryers and dishwashers.

Additionally, all technology packages come inclusive of standard manufacturer’s warranty. There is no requirement for finance/credit checks, and no deposits are required. Liaison try to stock the latest range of devices, and offers free home delivery.

Am I eligible?

All purchase requests are subject to the approval of our finance team, as well as particular terms as outlined below.

Only colleagues who are permanent employees of Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust, or who are on a fixed-term contract for a period of at least the length of the repayment period can access this service. To access, the service, you must be paid through the Trust’s payroll. Unfortunately, this means that bank-only and QE Facilities colleagues can not access this service.

Furthermore, those who access this offer cannot make a purchase which will lead to their income being below £13.50 per hour (subject to change pending review of national minimum wage changes). Maximum allowances also apply. You can also cannot be engaged in no more than two sacrifices/deductions at any given time.
