Over the course of each month, the health and wellbeing team will try to visit a few areas throughout the Trust, bringing health and wellbeing resources to you.
This is of particular use in areas which might struggle to depart their areas to visit stalls that are regularly held in areas such as The Hub, Bensham Cafe or otherwise. Our team might discuss a visit to your area in general conversation, might request to visit your area or you might ask us if we can pop along.
