At Gateshead Health, many of our colleagues take it upon themselves to arrange regular social clubs and groups.

Below, you can find out about some of the opportunities available to you – which can help you to meet new people while getting more active, mindful, creative or otherwise!

The newest edition to our roster of #TeamGateshead social groups is the Knit and Natter knitting group, a perfect tonic for those who may prefer knitting to sewing.

The group is suitable for knitters of all experience levels (even new starters) and sessions take place in the Listening Space every Wednesday between 5:30pm – 7:00pm.

Those who attend Knit and Natter need bring only themselves with all supplies as well as teas and coffees provided. Colleagues can of course also bring their own project if they so choose.
