How does the tool work?
It should be noted that while this diagram outlines the typical process, your approach to the TED Tool can be flexible to suit individual needs.
Generally speaking, and as outlined in the diagram, the TED Tool follows a typical process which is generally triggered by a team leader’s request. After attending a training session on TED, the leader will enrol their team and prompt their team to complete the TED Diagnostic.
On completion from the team, the leader will download a report and work with the OD Team to consider next steps. During those steps, the leader will facilitate a team session to develop meaningful actions from the feedback, with the chance for further bespoke support from the OD team available. An action plan will cover agreed change, with further team development offers available to support their implementation.
After either 6 or 12 months, the teams will be asked to complete the TED diagnostic once more, allowing for impact to be assessed.
