A new cohort of training sessions aimed at assisting line managers to have safe and effective wellbeing conversations (check-ins) is now live, with a range of dates available to book in January.

The training is primarily aimed at those in line manager roles, or who may have caring responsibilities for staff – including health and wellbeing ambassadors, PNAs/PMAs, clinical supervisors and the like.
