The next Menopause Warriors support group meeting will take place a week from today, Wednesday 23rd August – with anyone who is experiencing symptoms or who are looking to better support those who do welcome to attend.
The next meet-up will take place in the Listening Space at the QE Hospital, between 3:00pm – 4:00pm next Wednesday – although dial-in is also available for those who cannot make it on-site or who are located elsewhere.
Participating in the group can help those experiencing menopause and perimenopause, and who are in need of support at work. The group provides a place to chat with others over a cuppa, to relax and discuss problems with those who experience similar challenges.
Meetings are aimed at supporting colleagues through menopause, by helping signpost to relevant advice and resources – more of which can be found over on our dedicated menopause webpage.
