For many who are experiencing menopause and peri-menopause, getting a good night’s sleep can be difficult. Our partners over at Henpicked aim to help those who are having sleep troubles through their next lunch and learn session on ‘Menopause and Sleep’, taking place Tuesday 23rd May.

The webinar, set to take place between 12:15pm – 12:45pm, will help those who are having trouble getting to sleep or waking up far too early, providing you with all you need to know and what you can do to tackle the problem.

Dr Clare Spencer will lead the session, a registered menopause specialist and an NHS GP. Clare qualified from Cambridge University and holds membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the Royal College of General Practitioners. She initially trained in obstetrics and gynaecology, where she gained a Doctor of Medicine for research in fetomaternal medicine. Clare also runs an NHS menopause service at My Menopause Service, is a British Menopause Society menopause trainer and regularly delivers talks, lectures and seminars on the topic.
