NHS England are planning to run a series of facilitated peer wellbeing sessions for the primary care workforce, aimed at bringing people together with a trained coach to discuss and plan how to improve and maintain wellbeing.

Groups will be made up of 6 to 8 people, and will meet fortnightly for an hour four times. Initially, the following groups will be available:

  • A group of men from an ethnically diverse background
  • A group of women from an ethnically diverse background
  • A group of people living with a disability
  • A group of men
  • A group open to anyone from any background
