Able Futures, who focus on support for good mental health at work, are hosting three upcoming monthly free-to-attend webinars focusing on the topics of resilience, burnout and self-compassion.

The resilience webinar will be first to take place on Monday 15th May, between 2:00pm – 3:00pm. Hosted by a vocational rehabilitation consultant from Able Futures, the session will cover why resilience is something that you need to be aware of, where responsibility lies and how you can learn skills to supprt resilience. June’s webinar will focus in on burnout, and will take place on Monday 19th June between 2:00pm – 3:00pm. This time the session will cover why burnout is something you should be aware of and how it differs from depression, how to spot burnout and coping strategies. Finally, July will see a webinar on self-comassion and this wlil take place Monday 24th July between 2:00pm – 3:00pm.
