Gateshead colleagues Fior Sayer and Katy Maughan help run the NHS North East Wellbeing & Outdoor Activities Group, and have arranged two more events that all colleagues are welcome to get involved in.

Katy has teamed up with Simply Smallholding once more to hold a silver ring making workshop. A perfect chance to make a ring for yourself or a loved one, the session will take place at Leam Lane Community Centre on 6th February from 5:00pm and costs £40pp. For more info on this, contact Katy on [email protected].

Also coming up from the group is another session out of Leam Lane Community Centre, this Monday 23rd January. The Dance Fuse Fitness Class costs just £3 per person, and take place between 6:00pm – 7:00pm.

The class is a great way to get the heart pumping while having fun through a good dance. The session will be held with a view to becoming a regular fixture, so if you’re interested or would like to learn more please contact Katy.
