The NENC ICS Staff Wellbeing Hub are currently promoting a range of free yoga sessions from Yoga with Chloe throughout hte summer holidays.

Two sessions a week are available, and are as follows:

Rest and Restore Yoga

Every Tuesday throughout August 1st, 9th, 16th and 23rd from 8.30-9.30pm

This class is safe for all, (even complete beginners)

We use floor based poses and your breath to calm body and mind bringing a deep sense of relaxation. This is less about your physical fitness and more about your mental wellbeing. Giving yourself the time and space to simply be.

You will need to have cushions, a blanket and perhaps a rolled up towel for this class, warm clothes, socks on ! And a quiet space.

Thursday morning Flow

Taking place every Thursday throughout August 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th from 7.30-8.30am

This class is suitable for all. A gentle flow to start your day, starting with foundation poses in week one we will then begin to expand our knowledge of poses to strengthen the body and focus the mind.

This class is all about awakening the body and preparing you for the day ahead. The beginning of class will follow the same format each week, breath work, joint mobilisation to sun salutations. We will then bring in more challenging poses with a different theme / focus each week.

It is advisable that you have practiced some yoga before or completed the beginners course with Chloe before flowing with us on a Thursday. But please do ask Chloe directly if you are unsure.
