A special edition of #AlwaysLearning is now available for staff to read and focuses in on widening participation.

To mark the theme, this month the Learning and Development Team‘s newsletter explores programmes including work experience, T-Levels, Choices College and Step into Work.

Feedback from the many areas throughout the Gateshead Group which host students – as well as the students themselves, tend to suggest that placements bring a wide range of benefits.

Also included within the latest edition is a review of the Learning & Development Team’s engagement work with local schools, and a link to the 360 degree virtual work experience video that explores various different roles within the Trust.
