About the sessions
All sessions are completely free to attend, take place online and last approximately an hour. Sessions are generally themed, and will be led by our Health & Wellbeing Ambassador, Rachel McCrate.
To get involved, you need only a space that is free from distraction and comfortable for you – as well as the ability to dial into the Teams call.
