Regular online meditation are hosted by Health and Wellbeing Ambassador, Rachel McCrate, who is looking to extend the benefits she has enjoyed from meditation to colleagues throughout #TeamGateshead.

Helping encourage participation, sessions tend to take place during evenings and take place via Microsoft Teams. No equipment is needed to join in a session, just a comfy space that is free from interruption.

Each session tends to have an overarching theme led by Rachel, and while sessions are online, spaces for them are limited. Booking is therefore essential and spaces are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
