Covid-19 has undoubtedly had an impact on all of our lives – whether in health, the way we live, the way we work or otherwise.
For some, the impact of Covid-19 might even have resulted in the loss of loved ones, incredibly difficult experiences in work settings or other traumatic events.
In the first instance, we’d encourage anyone who is still feeling the effects of these experiences to consider accessing personal support.
