Following on from their maiden hike in 2025, the QE Pathfinders will return on Saturday 7th February to take on their second hike across Selside Pike & Branstree in the Lake District.

The Pathfinders are looking to welcome more colleagues along to their latest walk, and those who join can expect outstanding views, fresh air, a feel-good day out and great company. The hike totals 8.6km, and will be done at a steady pace over a total ascent of 551 metres – making for a relatively moderate difficulty.

Good walking boots and winter layers are essential, while those coming along should also bring food, drink and waterproofs. Following the walk, the group plan to enjoy a meal and a drink at the Mardale Inn.
