The NENC ICS Staff Wellbeing Hub team will continue to offer colleagues access to online yoga sessions funded by the Hub in the new year, with a new programme set to kick off in January 2023.
Delivered by Yoga with Chloe, sessions have proven extremely popular with attendees who have shared positive feedback around how much of an impact they have had on personal feelings of health and wellbeing.
Sessions are avaliable as follows:
Rest and Restore Yoga:
Commencing: Tuesday 10th January
Time: 8.15pm – 9.15pm

Beginners Yoga:
Commencing: Wednesday 11th January
Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Improvers Yoga Sessions
Commencing: Wednesday 11th January
Time: 7:40pm – 8:40pm
Venue: Zoom (Chloe will send the link to access the sessions directly to you)
Yoga Morning Flow Sessions
Commencing: Thursday 12th January
Time: 7.30am – 8.30am
