A new eLearning course from NHS Learning has been launched, and aims to help line managers and leaders to hold safe and effective health and wellbeing conversations (check-ins) with colleagues and those they support.

As well as providing those who enrol with the confidence and skills needed to conduct a safe and effective health and wellbeing check-in, the eLearning course also prompts those completing it to consider their own wellbeing and develop a personal action plan to help them understand the potential benefit to other

The course is most suitable for line managers and those who have a caring responsibility for other staff as part of their roles, such as staff network members, health and wellbeing ambassadors, Professional Nurse Advocates and more.

To access this eLearning programme, simply log-in to the NHS Learning Hub and enrol. You’ll also be able to find a link to the training, as well as further useful resources, via our health and wellbeing check-ins page at any time.
