More prevalent in older people, long-term conditions have the potential to impact some of our most experienced and knowledgable staff. It is vital we support any colleagues struggling with a long-term condition, and below you can find examples of some of the support available.

Long-term conditions or chronic diseases are conditions for which there is currently no cure. They tend to be managed with drugs and other treatment, and examples, might look like diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, arthritis and hypertension.
