The NENC ICS Staff Wellbeing Hub team will continue to offer colleagues access to online yoga sessions funded by the Hub into the Autumn.

Delivered by Yoga with Chloe, sessions have proven extremely popular with attendees who have shared positive feedback around how much of an impact they have had on personal feelings of health and wellbeing.

Sessions are avaliable as follows:

Rest and Restore Yoga:

Commencing: Tuesday 20th September 2022 for 6 weeks
Time: 8.15pm – 9.15pm

Beginners Yoga:

Commencing: Wednesday 21st September 2022 for 6 weeks
Time: 8:15pm – 9:15pm
Venue: Zoom (Chloe will send the link to access the sessions directly to you).

Improvers Yoga Sessions

Commencing: Wednesday 21st September 2022
Time: 7:40pm – 8:40pm
Venue: Zoom (Chloe will send the link to access the sessions directly to you)

Yoga Morning Flow Sessions

Commencing: Thursday 22nd September
Time: 7.30am – 8.30am
