Health and Wellbeing Ambassador, Rachel McCrate, is set to launch regular online meditation sessions for staff starting from mid-August.

Colleagues can join Rachel for an hour of mindful relaxation with a guided visualisation meditation to invite a blissful mind, calm and stillness.

The first two online meditation sessions have now been scheduled and will take place via Teams on Friday 16th August between 6:00pm – 7:00pm and on Sunday 18th August 18th between 1:00pm – 2:00pm.

No equipment is necessary to participate – only a comfortable space of your choice without interruption. The session can be completed sitting or lying down.

Themes for each session will vary every two weeks. Spaces are limited, so booking is essential and places will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who have secured a place will be informed by email, where you’ll also be sent a joining link.
