A new opportunity being promoted by the NENC ICS is offering Gateshead colleagues the opportunity to access bespoke one-to-one coaching and mentoring around career development and retirement planning.
The sessions, provided by Readhead Associates, offer colleagues the chance to meet quarterly over Teams or by phone 2-3 times, with an emphasis on developing skills and goal planning for the short, medium and long-term.
