Staff Wellbeing Hub – March Briefing:
Also distributed today is the Staff Wellbeing Hub’s March briefing, which is jam-packed full of useful support – including information on the aforementioned ADHD and Autism support programmes & drop-in sessions.
Amongst the other support highlighted in the briefing includes:
- How to self-refer to rapid-access to free, confidential psychological support
- Two new group support programmes, focusing on managing emotions and managing stress
- The chance to attend a menopause webinar with led by highly-respected nurse and national leader in menopause support, Jacqui McBurnie – as well as the chance to book 1:1 meetings with Jacqui for support
- Specialist alcohol and substance support available through specialist psychiatrist, Dr Al Zadjali
